My name is Dawn and I am the Complementary Therapist behind Finding Bodhi. A reiki master, reflexologist, masseuse, aromatherapist, shamanically trained healer, mother and wife, I am native to these Brightonian shores.
After many years working in a corporate environment, a sudden passing of a treasured loved one led me to re-evaluate my choices and triggered a need to find more purpose in my life.
I found it in the world of healing and complementary therapies and using these modalities to help support people through times of physical, emotional or mental strain towards a true sense of wellbeing, perspective and self connection.
I enjoy working hard to continuously adapt and improve my techniques in order to offer personalised treatments to best support your needs.

· Appointments are available Monday to Friday from 1000 to 1930, and occasional Saturday mornings 0900 to 1200.
· Gift vouchers are available to purchase for any amount from £20 upwards or for the purchase of a specific treatment. Please get in touch to arrange purchase and delivery.
· On or around the first working day of each month, there is a donation day when all 1 hour treatments are available on a donation basis. These sessions are for those in times of financial hardship. Please do get in touch if you’d like to book in.
· The duration of each treatment is as stated so please allow extra time either side of your time of your treatment for changing. An hours massage is a full 60 minutes on the bed!
· Card payments, bank transfers and cash payments are all accepted. Please ensure to pay on the day of your appointment.
· Mobile appointments may be available with prior arrangement, depending on location. A travel charge will be payable in addition to treatment cost.
· I understand that unanticipated events can often occur and I always aim to be be flexible with rescheduling appointments whenever possible. But please kindly be aware that missed appointments or appointments cancelled within a 24 hour notice period may incur the full charge of the treatment.
